Premium Sheds

Premium sheds are made to measure and made to order. We do offer “off the shelf” designs in our standard range.

What’s Included

Even though these are still considered made to measure and made to order, we do offer ‘Off the Shelf’ designs in our standard range. 

  • Our premium range of Apex and Pent sheds are built using thicker cladding and framing. 
  • Premium apex sheds include window(s) to the side and door(s) to the front. 
  • Premium pent sheds include window(s) either side of door(s) to the front.

    Bases for Sheds

    All sheds require a functional and level base. If required we can provide a concrete or timber base at an additional cost. 

    Raised Timber base includes:

    • Weed control membrane
    • 14mm chippings for added drainage.
    • 100mm x 100mm pressure treated posts ( other options are available)
    • Postcrete to a depth of 600mm,
    • Timbers are either 100mm,125mm,150mm by 50mm C24 pressure treated timbers
    • Excavation and removal of spoil

    Concrete pad includes:

    • Excavation and removal of spoil
    • Sub-base using 20mm to dust and compacted
    • Damp Course membrane
    • Surrounding timber frame using C24 Kiln dried pressure treated wood
    • Pressure Treated bearers are placed between the pad and the shed floor

    Old Shed?

    No problem! As we are licensed to carry waste we can dismantle and responsibly dispose of your old shed at an additional cost.
